Six Months!

The little Jack Attack turned six months old today! He is also 26 weeks old, as he was born on Saturday, December 6, 2008. As far as we are concerned, he is the sweetest baby ever.

Jackson spent his day playing in his exersaucer, hanging out with Uncle Phil and the family, meeting his new stuffed fish pal that Nana and Granddaddy gave him, and taking a nap with Lamby. And, as usual, there were lots of hugs and kisses. What a great half-birthday!

A Busy Month Comes to an End

We recently attended Holy Rosary Hospital's annual gala/fundraiser ... this was our third time attending and had the best time yet! We spent the evening with some great friends and enjoyed a little bit of time baby-free. Barrie had a one in five chance at winning the big prize, an '08 Trailblazer, but it wasn't his night. Oh well, at least we already have all we need: good friends, a precious family, and a loving God looking over us.

Other recent events:
~ Anna's last day of teaching Sunday School was this past weekend. She has a break this summer and will start again this Fall.
~ Anna has lined up student teaching with an awesome second grade teacher for next year!
~ Barrie and Rotary Club had another successful Duck Race fundraiser.
~ Zach's birthday bash - fun times in our back yard.
~ Fun2U is making steady progress, and will be hosting summer day camps this summer (see sidebar for Fun2U link).
~ Breezy is being trained to sleep in a dog bed. Finally!
~ Jackson is as cute as ever. More to come this weekend for his six month birthday (!)
